El Camino de Francés Jeremiah 6-16 poster

This design’s inspiration is of an ancient parchment map, where time itself has cracked and faded, and the Camino de Francés unfurls like a mythical scroll of legend. The dark northern seas churn with krakens and ancient sea-dragons, guardians of the pilgrim’s dream, while the golden path of golden scallop shells winds faithfully from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port through mist-shrouded hills to the hallowed spires of Santiago de Compostela. All the while a compass rose of celestial light points the pilgrim’s heart homeward.

However, the heart of this design focuses on the substance of the King James scripture Jeremiah 6:16:

“Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls.”
